Telephone Policy
I work exclusively through email and am unavailable by phone.
I prefer to conduct business this way because emails are an essential part of my organization process.
Project Timescales
I am typically booked out at least 1 - 4 weeks in advance. For this reason, I am rarely able to begin development on new websites immediately after the initial request so please book in advance.
Client Support & Updates
I endeavour to make all website updates and any website maintenance requests within 72 hours of receiving your
payment. Its likely they will be done on the same day.
My Work Schedule
I generally work Monday through to Friday, 9am - 6pm
